I only had a chance to shoot once before muzzle loading season opened, so I only shot the Maxi-hunters at 50 yards, and was getting 5-6" groups with some pretty bad fliers thrown in the mix. Based on the employee recommendation, I bought Pyrodex RS Select and a selection of patched round balls and TC maxi-hunters. I picked up a TC New Englander of the used rack at Williams' week ago and bought some basic 'traditional' supplies for it.
